There are times when an unmatched quotation mark is a valid part of the text to be captured, such as when it has been used to denote inches (e.g. 24").
However, this breaks the CSV generated by webscraper, as the quote is unescaped! How can I fix this? When I download the CSV, of course, the file is generated before I can intervene in any way.
