I used to be able to press "refresh" and WS would show the latest data extracted so far. now it is only showing "loading". After extraction is completed, I used to be able to download as either xlsx or csv file. Previously. even if i had not extracted anything at all, a file will still be created with no data inside when i try to press xlsx or csv download. But now i am unable to. this happened recently after i updated WS to the latest version.
may i know how to resolve the issue?
