Whitepages limits and restrictions

I was able to scrape multiple names and addresses a couple of years ago, but it looks like whitepages has tightened up their limits a bit. It looks like only about six selections are allowed per ip. I’m changes my vpn is and user agent, but still get flagged. I set the time for every 57 seconds. Any ideas as to what else I can do?

Did you subscribe yet? It's like $2 /month for unlimited lookups. Not worth it trying to switch IPs.

I had a membership previously, but canceled it. Maybe I won’t get flagged if I space out the scrapes. Thanks.
