Webscraper.io PUT http://localhost:5984/sitemap-data-db/ 401 (Unauthorized)

I am trying to use couchdb and it cannot start working, when I see the error for which it does not continue, I use developer options and I see this error

PUT http: // localhost: 5984 / sitemap-data-db / 401 (Unauthorized)

I am using couchdb for windows, how can it be possible to give permissions to anyone or webscraper to create the database that need to work?
