Vertical Table Scraping

How can I scrape a table where the first column acts as the tablehead instead of the table row.

For example

Name: John | Jack | Frank
Age: 23 | 57 | 40
Gender: Male | Male | Male

So in this case the header row is a header column (Name, Age, Gender)
