Unable to Scrape from Table & Pagination

Hi all,
For this URL

I'm trying to scrape the table, include the link of the building name, and also scrape the data from the pagination. I've spent about 1.5hrs already trying to do this without much success. I can get as far as just scraping the table that exists on the first page, but not via pagination. I also can't scrape the URL for the building name link.

Help :frowning:
