Assuming there are only two hrefs and one of them always starts with "javascript", you can use something like this, which means "get the href which does not contain 'javascript' ":

Type: Element attribute
Selector: a:not([href*='javascript'])
Attribute name: href

If you need the full Url with domain (e.g. www.site.com/pt/biotech-usa/protein-water-zero-500-ml) then change Type to Link instead.
