The selector (of type HTML or text) highlights but does NOT select the text (returned 'null' after clicking on 'Data preview' button) from the area shown after clicking on 'Done selecting!' button. Please help! Thank you.

This info resides in an iframe and you would not have been able to access it with earlier versions of WS. But the latest version does support iframe scraping, and you can now grab it with this Text selector - iframe:iframe div.wc-text-wrap
Element preview still does not work properly for iframes, but Data preview will show you the scraped iframe data.
