Ya, probably. Go to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Google_Chrome_version_history and search for the phrase "last version" and see if your OS is mentioned. As an alternative, you could try the Firefox version of Web Scraper. Firefox has better support for older Mac OS X versions.
