I am looking for web scrapers who would share their perspectives in an interview on their scraping practices and the way they approach related ethical issues.
These interviews are part of an academic research project on scraping ethics that aims to describe the various ethical positions web scrapers may adopt, and how they put them into practice.
Of course, the key objective is to understand interviewees' reasoning and not to make any judgement (we can ensure anonymity of interviewees).
It's a good opportunity to contribute to academic research on what our data-centric world may look like in the future and to reflect about scraping practices together.
