I'v already installed Web Scraper, but it fails to be seen the developer console

#I can't really wake up my Web Scraper on every website, i went to "inspect" tab, but the tool failed to be seen.

Hi,

Make sure that a website is opened before you open Dev Tools, Webscraper will not load on a blank page.
