Issue with multiple Dropdowns

I have used Web Scraper for almost 1 year.

Now I want to scrape some data from this website, and to start by selecting vehicles from the dropdowns. I really don't know where to start, I have tried all methods I could come up. Is there any one to help me with this project, it is almost urgent. I really appreciate for your time and help.

Hi,

Unfortunately, it will not be possible to traverse through the dropdowns since the URL is reloaded after selecting the engine thus breaking the cycle.
