How can I scrape the <title> tag contents in the <head>?

Hello, I can't find any information on how to scrape the contents of the <title> tag in the <head> of a web page.

Is this possible, and how?

I found out how. I chose the HTML selector type, then entered "title" in the selector field. Thanks
