Export is stuck at "generating file"

Hi,

I have just completed a 4-hour long scrape (many data points) and I am trying to export it but the webscraper seems stuck at "generating file" stage. Is there any way to find the data or have it on the cloud?

@cnasseh Hi. If the scrape has been conducted locally(in the extension) there are multiple factors that can affect this, such as - available computing resources, your location, browser version, OS version, network performance, and other factors.

Scraping jobs in Web Scraper Cloud are launched within a virtual environment(based on a server) and are not dependent on your own machine in any aspect.
