Drop downs in two websites

It seems that with webscraper it is impossible to loop through drop downs and gather search results in these sites

I'm trying to learn octoparse but I just don't get it to work. Is it possible even with octoparse? Or any other scraper? These sites are very important to me.

Unfortunately, the website navigation is constructed in a way that prevents automatically clicking through the dropdowns.
