Does the free trial of cloud version swap IPs?

I was using the free chrome extension to scrape about 233 pages of amazon. My sitemap works fine but the problem is, I getting verification in between asking me for verification to prove I'm not a bot.
So im just wondering if the Project($50/mp) cloud version swaps IP so I wouldn't be recognized as a bot.
Also what is the preferred Request interval and page load delay while scraping site sites.

I used 2s for both.

Yes, it does have Proxy, you just need to enable it when launching the sitemap.

The intervals should be fine as they are, no need to adjust them for amazon.
