Combining 2 selectors work: element click & scroll down

I want to scrape the following listing, where I have both scroll down and javascript pagination. Is it possible to somehow to combine scroll down selector with click selector?

What would be a sitemap for that?

the pagination javascript changes the url of this page, so I solved it by adding a multiple start URL and removing element click selector.
