Cannot create a simple selector

I've been trying to create a simple selector, yet once ready to select the content. It isn't clickable.

So I press f12 to close the inspector. Then it becomes selectable.

I press done selecting. The selector doesn't save. And I am back to not having any selectors.

@jack1 Hi, it seems that you have selected the ''Toggle device toolbar'' option. Please, make sure to de-select it.
