I am running into some trouble however iterating through item variations.

I also attached a screenshot of the code that is controlling the buttons.
Everything seems to be correct but when I test the sitemap it does not seem to step through the variation buttons like it’s supposed to. It seems to be almost identical to the example.
Any ideas what I might be doing wrong.
This is a critical step and I could use some assistance.
