I cannot access Sitemaps. Every time I try to access them, the extension gets stuck as in the attached picture ? A little help please.
The extension currently works since I got to start it. But I can't see/export the extracted data
@Irineel Hello, could you, please, elaborate more on the issue? Have you been using the sitemap sync feature to back-up your sitemaps within Web Scraper Cloud? Are you unable to access the previously created sitemaps or just the scraped data?
If possible, please, be sure to provide a recording indicating the issue using Loom.
It does that to me too...Seems like the best temporary fix is closing all windows and restarting the browser
